Bethulie Guest Farm
Bed & Breakfast Accommodation in Bethulie, Free State
A historic family home nestled in the grassy Karoo surroundings and not too distant hilly mountains. Bethulie Guest Farm offers the discerning traveller a welcome stopover and retreat in the quiet Bethulie surroundings.
Designed by the renowned Architect Sir Herbert Baker the Bethulie Guest Farm has been lovingly restored and stylishly furnished with the original wooden flooring throughout and traditional South African ‘stoep’ on which cocktails and sundowners are enjoyed whilst overlooking the wide open spaces. The small town of Bethulie offers several historic sites and a number of small restaurants.
Hectares of pecan nut trees are cultivated on the grounds whilst homegrown vegetables in season, salads and hearty meals are served fresh from the farm kitchen. Meals can be planned and catered to individual requirements on request.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home!
Bethulie Guest Farm has four large elegantly furnished guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open fireplace in the master which can be lit on request. A large Jacuzzi bath is available in the central guest bathroom and extra beds can be provided for children if required.
Each guest room has a bar fridge and coffee making facilities along with a flat screen television. A full bouquet of DSTV channels is available for viewing in the main living room area. Home cooked meals are served in the main dining room whilst in the colder months an open fire burns in the living room.
Our team is available to ensure you stay is as comfortable as possible!
